Ben Plumb brings more than two decades of experience in investment management, sales leadership, and business development to the Short Strides Board of Directors.  Throughout his career, he has consistently driven organizational success through revenue growth, strategic planning, team development, and operational leadership. His experience includes leading cross-functional teams across the United States, Philippines, and China, as well as guiding major onboarding, acquisition, and business integration initiatives.
